A residential development consisting of two distinct properties built on sloping land, this project presented unique challenges, particularly during the early phase when torrential rain hit as we were digging the foundation trenches. To maintain stability, we had to shutter the trenches on the first plot, and for the second plot, we adapted our approach with an alternative digging method due to the persistent rainfall. Thanks to our experienced team, we were able to overcome these obstacles with creative and effective solutions, ensuring the project stayed on track.
The first plot was constructed using traditional block and brickwork methods, while the second plot has a SIPs (Structural Insulated Panels) superstructure. For the SIPs installation, we’ve been working closely with Clays, who manufacture the panels. Our team, alongside a Clays representative, successfully raised the structure, blending modern construction techniques with our hands-on expertise.
We take pride in collaborating closely with our clients, ensuring the project runs smoothly, stays within budget, and meets all expectations.
