As the main contractors for this project, we oversaw the construction of 9 new homes on a sloping plot of land in Cosby, Leicestershire. Building on challenging terrain required a precise approach, and we worked closely with a specialist groundworks company to ensure that the foundations were expertly laid and the landscape shaped to complement the natural slope of the land.
Once the groundwork was completed, our team of skilled tradesmen took charge of building from the foundations up. This included manufacturing and installing high-quality aluminium bifold doors, along with overseeing all other construction processes.
Every aspect of the build—from structural work to final finishes—was managed directly by our team, ensuring a seamless project from start to finish.
